Create and facilitate a Workshop, Training or Event as an additional service or product offering: To build a community around a specific topic or to deepen the connection with your existing audience. To create brand awareness for your business offering by making a topic tangible and let your participants experience it withing a Workshop or Training. To teach something and then sell a product or service based on this. 

KEY-LEARNINGS of the TRAINING: 

• understand how to design and facilitate inspiring, impactful and interactive Workshops, Trainings and Events
• understand the role, responsibility and power of the Facilitator
  
• create a unique (Learning) Experience and convincing and intuitive flow for a Workshop, Training or Event
  
• get familiar with methods and tools that enable collaboration and interaction
• work on a concept a concrete format (Workshop, Training or Event)
• Remote, face-to-face and hybrid: the learnings apply to all set-ups (but the Training is not focusing on specific technical solutions)
